Hilgert ends the year with a 63 percent increase in closings over 2010. He says he was able to pay off over $10,000 in medical bills and take his family on a weeklong Disney vacation, without working more hours. He has transferred his goal setting knowledge to the home and is helping his kids set goals as well.
“This goal was also met at a time in our industry where many REALTORS are struggling to maintain last year’s business numbers,” Hilgert said.
